Are You Sensational?

Sensational (adj.): exceedingly or unexpectedly excellent or great

The Chicken of the Sea: 60 & Sensational Contest asks just that – Are you (or someone you know) sensational? Meryl Streep, Diane Sawyer, Goldie Hawn… these women are, in fact, sixty (something) and sensational and I’d most definitely take just about any advice that they were to give me. So, are you? Are you sensational too? If so, how do you manage to stay such throughout the years?

  • Eat healthy
  • Stay active, both, physically and mentally
  • Take time to just relax
  • Enjoy the outdoors
  • Learn to let go of regrets and anger
  • Maintain strong social relationships
  • Learn something new
  • Just smile

These are just a few of my favorite ways to keep yourself young, healthy and sensational. The last one is, of course, the simplest and the most fun. Without any attempt to sound cheesy or Geisel-esque, a smile a day really does go a long way. So again, are YOU 60 & Sensational?

If you were able to answer the question with a “yes,” then you should definitely head over to enter the Chicken of the Sea contest. And for those of you that answered “no” simply because you’ve had one too many or not quite enough birthdays to fit into the 60-69 age group, go anyway! Everyone can win! Sure you have to actually be 60 (something) & Sensational to win the best prizes (a spa day, a shopping spree, dinner and a limo ride with friends – ah, the life!) but Chicken of the Sea has a mini-contest going for everyone that nominates someone that IS “60 & Sensational.”

Head on over to read my review on Eighty MPH Mom to check out the full details! She even has an extra little giveaway just for her readers! What are you waiting for? Go… go… GO!
